Day 1.
Bucharest - Sinaia - Brasov - Biking Tour
The tour starts in Bucharest but any other modifications can be done upon request.
In the morning, 8 o’clock, you’ll meet your guide in the hotel’s lobby.
You’ll be driven straight toward Sinaia, also known as the “Carpathian Pearl”, where you’ll visit Peles Castle, the most beautiful castle in Romania, residence of the former royal family. Driving on the beautiful Prahova Valley, you will have an astonishing view over the Bucegi Mountains, especially over the craggy Caraiman Massive with its Heroes’ Cross built in the memory of the soldiers who died in the First World War.
Further on, you’ll be driven toward Brasov, a city founded by the Saxons, who colonized Transylvania in the 12-13th centuries.
The biking tour starts after check-in. Biking through the old medieval center of Brasov you’ll reach the base of the mountain. From here, you’ll take a forest road which passes by the famous Solomon’s Stones, a beautiful massif of Postavaru Mountain. The bike tour continues through the quiet forest. The climax of the tour is reached in Poiana Brasov, a famous mountain resort. From here, you’ll enjoy the fast ride to Brasov.
The tour ends in front of the hotel.

Day 2.
Brasov - Bran - Biking Tour - Bran - Bucharest
The day starts at 7:00AM with a good breakfast.
You’ll be transferred to Bran where the tour starts. In the very first part you’ll bike in Predelut, a small locality which became in the last years a holyday resort located at the feet of the King’s Stone Mountain. Passing through Zarnesti you’ll have a first contact with the beauty of the mountain. You’ll enjoy a ride through the amazing gorges of Zarnesti and then you’ll follow a dirt road which goes up into the mountains. The peak of this road will give you the chance to enjoy a stunning view of the old and remote mountain villages.
Biking through these villages you’ll go down in Bran where the tour started. Here you’ll visit Bran Castle, the most famous castle of Romania. Located in the Barsa region, the Bran Castle is famous for the Dracula legend, but in reality has no link with the terrifying Count.
The biking tour ends with a good traditional dinner.
In the end you’ll be transferred back to Bucharest.
